The Diamond Shirt Company Returns Policy

At Diamond Shirt Company, we take pride in providing high-quality garments. However, if you receive an item that is faulty, we are happy to assist with a return under the following conditions:

1. Faulty Item Returns Only
Returns are only accepted if the item is deemed faulty. A product is considered faulty if it has a manufacturing defect. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse are not eligible for return.

2. 14-Day Return Window
All return requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we will be unable to process any returns or exchanges.

3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via our email with your order details and a description of the fault.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached.

4. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
